Sounds more techno than heavy metal to me, and some of the notes clash and don't mix very well. Hopefully there's more to the song than this part, but this wasn't too nice on the ears.

I agree with you, 'Heavy Metal' isn't my strong suit. I'll focus on smoothing the transitions, and rhythm, I'm also trying to work on making minimum 2 minute songs. I appreciate the feedback, its very helpful. Positive or negative, I will try my best to improve.
